CA2911 – Integrated Operation Centre (IOC)

The scope of work includes the fit-out, renovation, construction, commissioning, and turnover of the Jansen Stage 1 IOC and 3 floors of general office space:

  • General purpose office space is leased by BHP with an approximate area of 1,746 m2 per floor.
  • The renovation includes a control room area as well as the balance of IOC office/collaboration areas and associated infrastructure including electrical, HVAC, communications, and audio-visual elements.

CG2701 – Disposal Wells A&C

This includes design, supply, and installation work relevant to the Jansen 1 Disposal Wells A and C, and the refurbishment
of the existing Disposal Well B.
Scope of Work Summary:

  • General purpose office space is leased by BHP with an approximate area of 1,746 m2 per floor.
  • Development of scope of work and subsequent refurbishment of Well B.
  • Design well head, piping, and fabrication, grouting, and installation at Well A & C.
  • Development of scope and drilling of new Wells A and C.
  • Test and commission of S1 of wells.
  • Provide test and construction report

CG2804 – Pre-Engineered & Modular Buildings – Package 1

The scope of work for package CG2804 – Package 1 (NPI buildings), includes the supply (fabrication and delivery to site), installation, construction and commissioning the entire building and building systems listed below:

  • Emergency Response and Mine Rescue Facility (repurposed freeze plant)
  • Admin, Mine & Mill dry building (new building)
  • Heated Warehouse (new building)
  • External Works.

CG2805 – Pre-Engineered & Modular Buildings – Package 2

The scope of work for package CG2805 – Package 2 (NPI buildings), includes the supply (fabrication and delivery to site), installation, construction and commissioning the entire building and building systems listed below:
Maintenance & Workshop, Heavy/Light Vehicle Maintenance, Mill Support, Laboratory, Rail Support Facility, Enclosed Walkway and External Works.

CG2901 – Air Compressor and Water System Main Pumphouse

The package scope of work includes all above-ground scope for steel, mechanical, piping and electrical installations associated with the main compressor house and the raw water pumphouse.

CG2704 – Tailings and development spoils (DS) system SMPEI (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation)

This scope of work includes the installation of the DS temporary equipment. It also includes the SMPEI installation of the tailings facilities, including the brine reclaim barge, surface HDPE pipelines, brine disposal well stations, e-houses, pumps, and all associated electrical and instrumentation equipment and wiring. Scope also includes the design, supply and installation of temporary Electrical and Control houses, design to be based on Team Jansen provided performance specifications, and engineering. DS is used to address early mine development in advance of Mill construction and commissioning

The scope of this package includes:

Provision of heavy haul transportation services from PAU assembly facilities (Wet Mil Area) to Jansen Site in support of Wet Mill Area SMPEI Contract.

  • Preparation of transportation plans and transportation drawings;

CG2003 – Preassembled Units Fabrication and Assembly – Wet

The scope of the package covers assembly of all PAUs within the Wet, Tailings and Reagents areas including fabrication of all stick build piping. Assembly scope includes all structural steel, elevated concrete slabs, mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, and instrumentation. Supply scope includes, general consumables, temporary supports, concrete, some structural bulks, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural.

CG2101 – Dry Mill Area

The scope of work is for the installation of preassembled units (PAU) and construction of Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation (SMPEI) components in the Dry Mill and Screening areas and includes , general consumables, temporary supports, concrete, some equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural.

The Scope of Work is for the installation of preassembled units (PAU) and construction of Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation (SMPEI) components in the Wet Mill areas and includes , general consumables, temporary supports, concrete, some equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural.

PM1134 – Mobile Equipment – Roller Change-out Attachment

Roller Change-out attachment to lift the conveyor belt weight off the rollers so maintenance personnel can switch out rollers.

PE1105 – Mine Load Centres (VPT)

Supply of engineering, detailing, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging for shipment of 2 types of Mining Underground Equipment:

  • Panel Friction Monorail System (FMS) including 15kV festoon, Mine Load Centres and motorized trolley system to supply power and communications to the PM1130 Borer and EBS System.
  • Disconnecting and Transformation Sled (DTS).

It also includes fabrication, assembly, and packaging for shipment of the S5x10 monorail beams included in the PM1130 borer system
VPT design.

CG1102 – Mining UG Construction SMPEI

This package is to support mining ramp up, installation of permanent mine infrastructure and equipment with staged commissioning, and handover to BHP Operations. The scope includes the execution of the structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (SMPEI) works critical to first production.

The Scope of Work also includes:

  • Raw Ore and Surge bins (including bin excavation).
  • Permanent Bulk Material Handling (BMH) conveyors.

Ops Scope – MRO (Multiple supplier opportunities)

The MRO Parts and Consumables scope is comprised of the following elements: workplace safety equipment, PPE, tools, electrical and mechanical, adhesives and lubes, office consumables, lab equipment and apparel.

The scope will also include:

Ops Scope – Rebuilds (Multiple supplier opportunities)

The scope of this package includes the provision of rebuild services for a variety of equipment. On a high level this will require the contractor to diagnose the conditions of the item to be rebuilt, procure the materials needed to rebuild, provide the rebuild services, and report on any testing or quality requirements. We expect most of this work to occur off-site at the Contractors location.
